Intraocular Implant & Refractive Society, India, a registered society was formed in the year to educate the Ophthalmologists with the latest techniques in Cataract & Refractive surgeries by means of conducting conferences in all parts of the country. It is affiliated with All India Ophthalmological Society.

The society is also publishing the JOURNAL OF INTRAOCULAR IMPLANT & REFRACTIVE SOCIETY, INDIA in a quarterly basis containing the selected articles on the subject.

At present the society has 860 life members ophthalmologists participating in various events throughout the year. The society has successfully conducted many Ophthalmic conferences with International and Indian ophthalmological societies.
